Ingredients:
2 Cups Buttermilk |

1/4 tsp. Worcester Sauce |
4 Green Onions (chopped) |

Dash tabasco sauce |
1/4 Green Pepper (chopped) |
|
1/2 tsp. Salt |
1 can Cream of Tomato Soup |
|
Sour Cream & Chive (garnish) |
Directions:
- Place all ingredients except garnish in blender and process for 30 seconds.
- Chill and serve in individual bowls with garnish of sour cream & chopped chives
Serving Options:
- 1. A low calorie and easy version of gaspatcho - 4 servings
- 2. Ideal as light summer lunch served with salad and bread or as appetizer for cold dinner.
