Ingredients:
2 Cups Buttermilk 1/4 tsp. Worcester Sauce
4 Green Onions (chopped) Dash tabasco sauce
1/4 Green Pepper (chopped) 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 can Cream of Tomato Soup Sour Cream & Chive (garnish)
Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients except garnish in blender and process for 30 seconds.
  2. Chill and serve in individual bowls with garnish of sour cream & chopped chives
Serving Options:
  • 1. A low calorie and easy version of gaspatcho - 4 servings
  • 2. Ideal as light summer lunch served with salad and bread or as appetizer for cold dinner.
