1 Small Onion (Chopped) |

Dash - Worcester Sauce |
1 can Creamed Corn |

Butter or margerine |
2 cups Mashed Potatoes (potatoes, milk, butter, salt & pepper whipped) |

Directions:
- Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in frypan over medium heat until lost pinish colour and is cooked through.
- Pour Creamed Corn in bottom of lightly greased (Pam) casserole dish
- Drain off excess liquid from meat mixture and spread evenly over corn.
- Spread mashed potatoes evenly over top and dab butter or margerine.
- Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and potatoes have light golden brown crust.
- Let stand for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
Serving Options:
- A one-dish meal accompanied by bread & salad.
- Cover unused portions and refrigerate - reheats well in microwave.
