Ingredients:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour |

1/2 tsp. Salt |
1 Cup Milk |

2 Eggs |
Drippings from Roast Beef or Vegetable Oil. |

Directions:
- Mix Flour, Milk, Eggs and Salt - beat until smooth.
- Put 1 tsp. Of drippings or vegetable oil in ten muffin cups.
- Heat oven to 425 degrees (220 Celsius) and heat muffin tin and oil for 5 minutes.
- Add spoonful of Popover batter to each muffin cup and return to oven. Bake until puffed and brown ( 20 to 30 minutes)
Serving Options:
- Great with Roast Beef and gravy.
