Ingredients:
1 loaf crusty bread |

1 clove of garlic |
1/4 cup butter or margarine |
|

Directions:
- Crush garlic into butter or margarine and mix well (best if sits for 1/2 hour)
- Slice a small crusty loaf into 1 inch thick pieces.
- Spread butter mixture on slices, re-assemble the loaf and wrap in aluminum foil.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serving Options:
- Serve hot with salads or pasta.
