Ingredients:
1 Medium Onion (Chopped) |

2 Pieces white toast |
4 cups Water |
|
4 Tsp. Parmesan cheese |
3 tsp. Beef Stock soup mix or 2 beef bullion cubes |

2 Tsp. Butter |
1/4 lb. Mozzarella Cheese |
|

Directions:
- In Heavy saucepan cook onions in butter until transparent.
- Add water and soup mix and heat.
- Toast bread and cut slices in half.
- Slice and divide mozzarella cheese in bottoms of 4 oven-proof bowls.
- Pour soup mix into bowls and top each bowl with 1/2 slice of toast & 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese.
- Place under broiler in oven until cheese melts.
Serving Options:
- A hearty entire with tossed salad and rolls.
- A great appetizer for a light dinner.
