Ingredients:
1/2 lb. Sausage meat |

1 tsp salt |
1/2 cup Onion (Chopped) |
|
1 1/2 Cup Water |
1 1/2 cup Carrot (shredded) |
|
1 can creamed corn |
1 cup Raw Potato (chopped) |
|
3 cans condensed milk* |
Directions:
- Brown sausage and onion then drain off excess fat.
- Add water, carrots, potatoes and salt. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add Creamed corn and milk
- Heat and serve.
Serving Options:
- Great as meal in itself - serve with Parmesan Toast (see Breads) or crusty bread.
Notes:
- * I normally use 1 can evaporated milk & 2 cans regular milk but can also use all regular milk but won't be quite as creamy.
- Can be re-heated but do not freeze.
