Ingredients:
1 Finely chopped green onion (or slice cooking onion or 1/4 tsp dry minced) |

2 tbls. Margarine |
1 tsp chicken soup mix |
|
1 1/2 tbls Flour |
2 Cups Water |
|
1 Cup Milk |
1 Cup cooked vegetables |
|
|
Directions:
- Cook onion in margarine on medium to high heat stirring constantly until foams.
- Add flour and continue to stir until blended then slowly add 1 Cup of water.
- Add chicken soup mix, vegies and second cup of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add milk, heat and serve.
Serving Options:
- Great way to use up leftover vegetables, chicken or pork (not beef).
- Broccoli, cauliflower and asparagus are especially good because have strong flavor but can use basic cream soup recipe for mix and match experiments.
