Ingredients:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Milk 2 Eggs
Drippings from Roast Beef or Vegetable Oil.  
Directions:
  1. Mix Flour, Milk, Eggs and Salt - beat until smooth.
  2. Put 1 tsp. Of drippings or vegetable oil in ten muffin cups.
  3. Heat oven to 425 degrees (220 Celsius) and heat muffin tin and oil for 5 minutes.
  4. Add spoonful of Popover batter to each muffin cup and return to oven. Bake until puffed and brown ( 20 to 30 minutes)
Serving Options:
  • Great with Roast Beef and gravy.
