Ingredients:
1 loaf crusty bread favourite herb
1/4 cup butter or margarine  
Directions:
  1. Mix herbs into 1/4 cup butter or margarine and mix well (best if sits 1/2 hour).
  2. Slice small crusty loaf and bake as per garlic bread or place individual slices on cookie sheet and lightly brown under broiler.
Serving Options:
  • Good with soups, salads and cheese, fish chicken or ham pastas.
Notes:
  • Parsley and basil are good but should avoid very strong herbs like thyme or rosemary that can overpower taste of food.
