1 Medium Onion (Chopped) Salt (to taste)
1/3 Green Pepper (Chopped) Pepper (to taste)
1 Lb. Ground Beef Worcester Sauce (dash)
1 Tin Diced Canned Tomatoes (19 oz.) Curry Powder (pinch)
3/4 Cup Rice Vegetable oil (1 tsp.)
  1. Brown onion and green pepper in oil.
  2. Add beef and brown
  3. Add tomatoes and bring to boil.
  4. Add rice and spices - cover and simmer for 35 minutes
Serving Options:
  • In bowl with salad & crusty bread.
  • Spoon generous portion onto lightly oiled tortilla. Top with slice of cheddar or mozzarella cheese. Roll tortillas and bake in covered lightly oiled casserole at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve topped with sour cream (or mayonnaise) and salsa.
  • Add 1 cup of mixture to cream of tomato soup (made with water not milk).
  • Make biscuit dough (teabisk half recipe substituting water for milk). Pat into pie plate. Top with goulash, cheese, olives & tomatoes. Bake 425 degrees - 10 minutes.
