1/2 lb. Sausage meat 1 tsp salt
1/2 cup Onion (Chopped) 1 1/2 Cup Water
1 1/2 cup Carrot (shredded) 1 can creamed corn
1 cup Raw Potato (chopped) 3 cans condensed milk*
  1. Brown sausage and onion then drain off excess fat.
  2. Add water, carrots, potatoes and salt. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add Creamed corn and milk
  4. Heat and serve.
Serving Options:
  • Great as meal in itself - serve with Parmesan Toast (see Breads) or crusty bread.
  • * I normally use 1 can evaporated milk & 2 cans regular milk but can also use all regular milk but won't be quite as creamy.
  • Can be re-heated but do not freeze.
